The Future State of Scrum
Gunther Verheye defines himself as an independent Scrum Caretaker on a journey of humanizing the workplace with Scrum.
A downside of the mass adoption of Scrum is the stale conservative majority of Scrum practitioners that resulted from it. Gunther Verheyen, independent Scrum Caretaker, says that it will take a minority of audacious Scrum practitioners to lead the herd and shape the future of Scrum.
Gunther will highlight the three challenges he believes are crucial to move Scrum downfield and overcome the stagnation.
Gunther acknowledges that this is not a message for all.
