About the event

Unlock the full potential of SAFe implementations with Org Topologies™

Common Challenges

These challenges may sound familiar:

  • Teams are bogged down in ceremonies, limiting their time for actual delivery.

  • Dependencies between teams slow down the delivery progress.

  • The organization is growing, but it is not proportionally delivering more value.

  • Everybody is extremely busy at the team level, but the speed of delivery at the enterprise level is slow.

  • Stakeholders demand faster results while the teams struggle to keep up.

This interactive masterclass offers fresh insights and practical tools to boost value delivery and organizational performance. We will analyze common SAFe constructs, tackle inefficiencies, and explore how Org Topologies can help to achieve sustainable improvements. There will be time to discuss class cases and identify actionable improvement steps.
